The Roane County Animal Shelter will host their annual Hoot-N-Howl event on Friday, October 25th, and Saturday, October 26th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The event will feature costume contests for pets and kids, prizes, photos, and treat bags for kids and pets, as well as waived adoption fees on approved adoptions.
Adoption fees are sponsored by Sutherlin Subaru.
The Roane County animal shelter is located at 296 Manufacturers Road in Rockwood.
