ROANE COUNTY'S INTERNATIONAL OVERDOSE AWARENESS DAY EVENT

The Roane County School District is preparing an event in collaboration with the Roane County Health Department and the Roane County Anti-Drug Coalition to take place on August 30th at David Webb Riverfront Park, located at 301 Emory Drive in Harriman, from 5 - 8 p.m. The event will feature music, face painting, games, giveaways, refreshments, a remembrance banner, and more. Attendees to the event can add the names and pictures of loved ones lost to overdose to the banner, and Nalaxyne and Fentanyl test strips will be available at no cost.
