FENTRESS COUNTY MAN CHARGED FOLLOWING VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON I-40
A Fentress County man was charged this morning with failure to maintain his lane of travel following an accident on I-40 in eastern Putnam County. Trooper Bobby Barker says a 2013 Toyota Corolla driven by 38-year-old Chester Pacana of Jamestown was traveling west at the 303 mile marker when he ran off the interstate and struck a cable barrier just before 9 a.m. this morning. Pacana, who was wearing a seatbelt, was not hurt in the accident.
