Investigators with the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department, TBI and the District Attorney General’s Office responded to a shooting yesterday in Liberty. The investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued charging Albert Wayne Fisher, Jr. with the second degree murder of Tyler Durden. Fisher was taken into custody and booked into the DeKalb County jail. The investigation continues and no further information was initially released.
