half staff alert- former president Jimmy Carter has died at the age of 100. Per President Biden’s proclamation and in accordance with the U.S. flag code; the flag is to be flown at half-staff effective immediately for 30 days. Flags should be raised back to full staff at sunset on January 29th. President Biden has also declared Jan 9th, 2025 a national day of mourning.
