Graveside Funeral Services For Floyd McCowan, Age 85, Of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 3:00 PM at the Phillips Cemetery in the Anderson Community. Rev. David Harris will Officiate.

Mr. McCowan was born On October 14, 1937, in the Love Joy Community near Monterey Tennessee to the late Haskell and Mona Gladys Ashburn McCowan.

Mr. McCowan passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023, at the Overton County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Livingston, Tennessee. Mr. McCowan was a carpenter and factory worker. He attended Three Forks Missionary Baptist Church. He loved music and playing the guitar.

In addition to his parents, she was preceded in death by his Wife Johnnie Pierce McCowan, and special companion Mary Jane “Ms. Janie” Eldridge.
