FOUR WOUNDED IN SHOOTING OUTSIDE A HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN KENTUCKY
The Hopkinsville Police Department says four people, including children, were shot outside a Kentucky health department after a man opened fire on them from a car.
Police determined 23-year-old Stephen Bussell of Hopkinsville was driving eastbound on West 17th Street and shot several times from his moving vehicle toward a group of people. Three juveniles and one adult were hit by gunfire.
Bussell was arrested and charged with four counts of first-degree assault, seven counts of wanton endangerment and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
Law enforcement says more arrests are pending.
