A Memorial Service for Frances Bass Carson, age 79, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on October 6, 2022, will be held at First United Methodist Church on Monday, October 17, 2022, at 1:00 PM. Family will receive friends at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
