Funeral Services for Frances Phillips, age 63, of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Rev. Tony Phillips and Rev. Glen Murphy will officiate with interment to follow in the Phillips Family Cemetery. Mrs. Phillips was born on Saturday, June 2, 1962, in Monterey, Tennessee, to the late Odie and Effie Phillips Sisco. Mrs. Phillips passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at her home. Mrs. Phillips was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker. She loved the Lord, Christian music, cooking, shopping, gardening, and her pets. She was a member of Union B Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Barney Phillips of Monterey, TN; daughter, Emily Grace Phillips of Monterey, TN; sisters, Ina Heflin of Crossville, TN, Anna Brady of Hilham, TN; brothers, Billy Sisco of Chestnut Mound, TN, Allen Gerald Sisco of Chestnut Mound, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews including Sarah McCreery, Tammy Phillips, and Kristy Tubb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lonnie Sisco; and sister, Ellen Bilbrey.
