The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Emory Valley Center for the wonderful love, kindness, and care shown to Freddie throughout the years. A special thank you to his dear friend, Angel, for always making Freddie’s favorite chicken and dumplings, and to all his “girlfriends,” “wives,” and “mommy” at Emory Valley Center who brought so much joy and laughter to his life.

Freddie may have had special needs, but his spirit was big. His mother, Delsie, took care of him for 40 years and Emory Valley for 25 years.
