The RAM clinic will be held November 21 and 22, 2020 at the Jamestown Supercenter located at 101 Fairgrounds Road in Jamestown, Tennessee by appointment only. Phone reservations start today (Monday, November 9, 2020) at 8:30 a.m. and will go through November 20 or until they reach capacity.

Services available will include dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, x-rays, eye exams, glaucoma testing, eyeglass prescriptions, women’s health exams, and flu shots. Free eyeglasses will be offered to anyone with a valid prescription dated within the last year.

Patients should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. All patients will be required to wear a face mask and must undergo a COVID-19 screening before entering the clinic.

All RAM services are free and no identification is required.
