The public is invited to participate in a benefit luncheon and live and silent auction supporting the family of Lucas and Leigh Ann Turner, Saturday, May 11, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 2892 Highway 70 East in Crossville.

At 22 weeks’ gestation, Lucas and Leigh Ann’s baby (Waylon) was found to have spina bifida. They are faced with two options: a pre-birth surgery or an early C-section delivery, followed by surgery for Waylon. Both options will require extensive time at hospitals and living away from home.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the Turner family, to assist with their living expenses and medical bills.

Lunch begins at 11 a.m. Your choice of a barbecue plate or a fish plate is $8.

Silent auction will be ongoing throughout the event. The live auction begins a 1 p.m.
