MISSING EAST TENNESSEE GIRL FOUND SAFE, GRANDMOTHER FACES ENDANGERMENT CHARGE

UPDATE – Child has been found safe and grandmother arrested

(PREVIOUS STORY) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says charges have now been filed in the ongoing Endangered Child Alert in the state.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Department has charged Belinda Wilson with child neglect/endangerment and custodial interference.

Wilson is a 54-year-old Caucasian female standing 5’6” and weighs 180 pounds. She has grey hair and hazel eyes.

She is the grandmother of 3-year-old Zella Linklater, who authorities say was last seen at her home in Chuckey, Tennessee yesterday afternoon. No vehicle description was initially given by the TBI.

Zella stands 3’6”, weighs 50 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a red dress and snow boots.

As of noon eastern today (Friday, November 27, 2020), authorities are still looking for both. If you have seen either of them, please call 911 or 1-800-TBI-FIND and report where they are.
