The human remains found last week on Anderson Road in Monterey have been positively identified as 57-year-old Arnold “Chigger” Vaughn Jr. He went missing back in July of 2020. Authorities say evidence suggests Vaughn died around that same time period. The investigation is being considered a crime and is ongoing. No further information was released.
