Hazard: Suffocation risk due to marketing for infant sleep with an incline angle over 10 degrees, violating the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. Also lacks mandatory warnings for swings and button/coin battery safety under Reese’s Law.
Remedy: Full refund. Consumers must stop use, cut swing cover in half, mark “Recalled” on base, send photos to [email protected], and dispose of per local laws.
