Mr. J.P. Ferrill, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the CHI Saint Joseph Health in Lexington, Kentucky, having attained the age of 72 years, 2 months, and 12 days. He was born in Albany, Kentucky on Sunday, September 28, 1952, the son of Hazel Ferrill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gene Ferrill, and son, Jody Lynn Ferrill.

He is survived by his daughter, Lora (& Mike) West of Somerset, Kentucky, son, Gary Ferrill of Albany, Kentucky, sisters, Barbara Ferrill, and Janett Ferrill, brother, Wayne Ferrill, grandchildren, Rowan Ferrill, Stellan Ferrill, Brittany Martinez, Matthew Beaty, Gabe Beaty, and other family and friends.

The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, December 13, 2024, beginning at 12:00 Noon C.S.T. at Peolia Cemetery. Burial will be in the Peolia Cemetery in Albany, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to the JP Ferrill Memorial Fund, to help defray funeral expenses, c/o Campbell-New Funeral Home.
