Jack Boles, age 70, of Monterey, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Standing Stone Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Boles was born on Friday, August 19, 1955, in Monterey, Tennessee, to the late George and Katie Thomason Boles.

Mr. Boles was a retired truck driver.

He is survived by,

son, Christopher Boles-Birdsong of Nashville, TN

brother, Bill Boles of Wilder, TN

sister, Stephanie Maynard of Monterey, TN

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Evelyn Murphy, Peggy Stults, Robert Boles, twin brother, Joe Boles, and infant brother, Marvin Boles.

nieces, Lisa Murphy, Amy Stults, and Katie Ruth Boles
nephews, Shawn Stults, Tyler Key, Austin Maynard, and Zander Maynard

great niece, Gracelyn Boles
great nephew, Evan Key

His wishes of cremation are being honored with Graveside Celebration of Life Services and Inurnment to be announced at a later date at Blevins Cemetery.
