A Memorial Service for Jack E. Carlough, age 62, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at Cumberland Medical Center will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 7:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM prior to the service.  Survivors:  sister, Darlene Wallace; daughter, Heather Hicks; stepson, Terry Overton (Shawna); stepdaughter, Michelle Croley (Adam); 4 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren.
