Funeral Services for Jacob Buckner, age 46, of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Rev. Tony Phipps will officiate with interment to follow in the Mineral Springs Cemetery. Jacob was born on Sunday, November 4, 1979, in Crossville, Tennessee. He passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. He was a hardworking man currently working with Troyer Post Building. He worked with M & G Vinyl Siding and Hassler Logging. He loved riding his motorcycle, coaching football and T Ball for many years. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren, and family. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Amy Hassler Buckner; mother and stepfather, Becky and Phil Black; father, Donnie Buckner; daughter, Patience Buckner; son, Damian Buckner; grandchildren, Ellie Rose Keys and Oakley Donald Webb Buckner; sisters, Sabrina (Tony) Stafford, Cora Cardin; grandmother-in-law, Maxine Farley; mother-in-law, Patricia Hassler; father-in-law, Jimmy Hassler; sisters-in-law/brothers-in-law, April and Jamey Mahan, Joey and Mandy Hassler; and a host of other family members and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be given to the funeral home.
