Funeral Services for James “Frank” Moore, age 90, of Flintville, Tennessee, and formerly of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home.

Bro. Tim Singleton will officiate and Masonic Funeral Rites will be held with interment to follow in the Cookeville City Cemetery with Full Military Honors Provided by the Veterans Honor Guard.

Mr. Moore was born on Saturday, January 19, 1935, in Cookeville, Tennessee, to the late Paul Jasper and Myrtle Rockwell Moore.

Mr. Moore passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at his home.

He is survived by his daughter,
Rebecca June “Becky” Moore of Flintville, TN

son and daughter-in-law,
Richard Douglas “Doug” and Carolyn Moore of Texas

grandchildren, Sara (Chris) Mier, Michael Moore, Rachel (Chad) Colucci, Christina (Chase) Verstuyft, and Danielle Moore

great grandchildren, Ava and Maya Mier

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Regina Joyce Cooper Moore; sister, Mary Rebecca Lee; and brother, Paul Douglas Moore.

The family will receive friends at Goff Funeral Home on Monday, October 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM.
