Celebration of Life Services for James Harvey, age 90, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be conducted on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home.

Family members will officiate with interment to follow in the Welch Memorial Cemetery with Full Military Honors Provided by the Veterans Honor Guard.

Mr. Harvey was born on Sunday, February 24, 1935, in New York, New York, to the late Daniel A. and Helen Pelikan Harvey.

Mr. Harvey passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025.

The family will receive friends at Goff Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM.
