Janice Faye (Storie) Cook, age 77 of Jamestown, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at her home.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Beaty Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
