Janice Rose Ball, age 79 of Cleveland and formerly of Hamilton County and Rhea County passed away Monday, April 11, 2022 at Tennova Health Care in Cleveland. She was born in McMinn County on May 28, 1942 the daughter of the late Archie and Bonnie (Walker) Viar. She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Ball, her son, Glenn Ball and brothers, Curtis Viar and Arch Viar. She loved shopping and gardening.
She is survived by her daughter Donna Ball of Cleveland, three brothers, M.C. (Jane) Viar of Sweetwater, Bill (Eva) Viar of Philadelphia, Danny (Linda) Viar of McDonald, three sisters, Shirley (Eddie) Wicker of Nashville, Wanda (Jack) Painter of Chattanooga, Darlene Gee of Harrison, three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
Funeral Services for Jan will be held Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel with Rev. John Fields officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Rhea Memory Gardens.
