Jason “Lucky” Mullins, 43

Jason “Lucky” Mullins, age 43, of Kingston, passed away suddenly Monday, September 29, 2025, at Roane Medical Center in Harriman. He was born October 23, 1981, in Harriman and has been a lifelong resident of Roane County; attended Roane County High School, Class of ‘2000; Roane State Community College, Class of ‘2008 and was a member of F-3 Group. Lucky attended Concord Baptist Church in Knoxville. He was owner and operator of Make It Better Builders, LLC. He loved his baby girl and spending time with her. Lucky enjoyed living life, mountain biking, traveling, hiking, snow skiing, golfing and going to the gym with Justin Eubanks. He was always ready to help others in any way needed. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Ellis Mullins Sr & Hazel Marie Mullins, and Edward & Edna Presswood.

The family will receive friends 6:00 – 7:00 pm, Friday, October 3, 2025 at Fraker Funeral Home with funeral service following at 7:00 pm, in the chapel with Rev. Reves Schaefer officiating. Interment will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Kingston Memorial Gardens.
