Jeremy Hoskins, age 51, of Crossville, TN, passed away on December 13, 2025, at Cumberland Medical Center.

Mr. Hoskins was born on September 23, 1974, in Napoleon, Ohio.

Jeremy was a CNA.

He is survived by his children, Malachi Hoskins, Shyanne Cox, and Richard Hoskins; mother, Sharon Hoskins and stepfather, Richard Hoskins; grandchildren, Kayden Cox and Hudson Cox; and many nieces and nephews.
