Jessica Lynn Forpahl, age 59, of Crossville, TN, passed away on April 2, 2026, at Cumberland Medical Center.

Ms. Forpahl was born on November 30, 1966, in Cleveland, OH, daughter of the late Robert Forpahl and Elma (Porter) Forpahl.

Jessica was a cashier.

She is survived by her children, Heather Galyon, Michael Forpahl, Dana Forpahl, Daisie Mayse and David Mayse; grandchildren, Jesse Galyon, Jr., Uriah Galyon, Cody Galyon, Marty Galyon, Jayce Galyon, Jayden England, Raylie Taylor, Jaycee Mayse, Avaleigh Mayse, Alycia Forpahl, Aria Forpahl, and Elliot Maldonado; brother, David Forpahl; and sister, Sally Morrison.

In addition to her parents, Jessica is preceded in death by her siblings, Dane Doremus, Jimmy Doremus, Michael Doremus, Suzie Forpahl and Karen Thomas.
