JIMMY RAY KEENER JR. age 46 of Crossville, TN passed away August 18, 2025. He was born July 3, 1979 in Pikeville, TN the son of  Jimmy Sr. and Mary Frances Smith Keener. He worked several years at Nokian Tyres in Dayton, TN as a maintenance technician. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved playing softball.  He was also a huge Tennessee Vol fan.  Jimmy was a devoted Christian and of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife Stephanie Davis Keener of Crossville, TN, mother- Mary Frances Putnam of Pikeville, TN, sister- Christy Keener of Hillsboro, TN, father and mother-in-law- Bobby and Dian Davis of Crossville, TN, sister and brother-in-law- Kim and Jamie Dixon of Crossville, TN, brother and sister-in-law- Jason and Danielle Davis of Kentucky, nieces and nephews- Perry Dixon ( Emma), Chloe Dixon,  Keaton Davis, Jaleigh Davis, Presley Davis and Brentlee Davis, Marvin Howe Jr. and Skylar Keener and great nephews and niece- Mason Dixon, Myles Dixon and Elliot “Little Joe” Dixon and Maelyn Dixon.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday August 21, 2025 from 5pm-8pm at Hood Funeral Home.
