JOE DOYLE FARMER II age 62 of Crossville, TN passed away September 20, 2021. He was born August 4, 1959, in Crossville, TN the son of Joe D. and Dollie M. Smith Farmer. Joe worked several years at Avery Dennison and later retired from Crossville Ceramics. He was currently working with the Cumberland County School System.

Joe was a Christian man who loved serving the Lord. He and his wife were members of Central Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife- Kathy Wilson Farmer of Crossville, TN, children- Amanda Godsey and her husband David, Darrell Hurley and his wife Vanessa, Amhanda Bowman and her husband Bill and Justin Hurley and his wife Nekesha all of Crossville, TN, sisters- Debbie Neely and her husband Dean, Patty Baildon and Michelle Smith and her husband Billy all of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Kaleigh, Brandon, Daphne, Ashlynn, Darbie, Daxton and Landan and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law- Teresa Anderson of Kentucky, Jerhoda Elmore and her husband Chet of Crossville, TN, Rita Christmas of Crossville, TN, Jackie Wilson of Virginia, Johnny Wilson and his wife Bernice of Kentucky, Jeffery Wilson and his wife Michelle of Florida and Jerry Wilson of Crossville, TN and many special nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son- Kevin Joe Farmer and sister- Kimberley Renee Wyatt.

Funeral services will be held Sunday September 26, 2021, at 2pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday September 25, 202,1 from 6pm-8pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crossville City Cemetery.
