Mr. Joeseph Dudley “Joey” Gray Sr. of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Signature Healthcare in Glasgow, Kentucky having attained the age of 64 Years, 11 months & 29 days. He was born in Burkesville, Kentucky on Sunday, September 18, 1960, the son of Dudley & Becky (Keen) Gray. He served in the U.S. Army as a civil engineer. In his later years, he worked as a heavy equipment operator. He was preceded in death by his mother, nephew, Taylor Gray, and many other relatives.

He is survived by his father, Dudley Gray of Burkesville, Kentucky, mother of his children, Sharee Fields of Edmonton, Kentucky, children Tenisha Gray (& George) of Horse Cave, Kentucky, Joseph Gray ll (& Jennifer) of Burkesville, Kentucky, siblings, Eric Gray (& Sherri) of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Donna Laha (& Keith) of Louisville, Kentucky, John David Gray of Burkesville Kentucky, Sandra Endris (& Mike) of New Albany, Indiana, Laura Abernathy (& Randy) of Glasgow, Kentucky, special grandchildren Shaylee Franklin, Zoe Gray, Ivory Soukup, and special caregiver, Jennifer Wolford. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM C.S.T. in The Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Shelley officiating. The family will receive friends after 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 20 until the funeral hour.
