Funeral Services for Joyce Arlene Nealon, age 90, of Crossville, Tennessee, who passed away at Life Care Center on April 9, 2023, will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 11:00 AM with burial to follow at Crossville City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service.  Survivors include daughter and son -in-law, Cathy and Wayne Hedgecoth; grandson, Jake Hedgecoth; and sister in law, Millie Farmer.  She is also survived by nieces and nephews and by her husband Boyd’s siblings, who she loved dearly
