Funeral Services for Joyce Carol Brooks, age 78, of Crossville, TN, passed away on November 12, 2021 will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home.  Family will receive visitors from Noon until 2:00 PM prior to the service. Burial at Crossville City Cemetery.  Survivors: Children – Eric Stanley Lindsey; Pamela Carol Sanders and husband James; and Rodney Wayne Lindsey and wife Tracy; many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; Sisters -Barbara Pringle and husband Chris; and Mary Hypes; Brother -Robert Haynes.
