Kenny Clark, 77
Kenny Clark age 77 of Spring City passed away Friday, May 8, 2026 at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton, TN.
Kenny was born June 4, 1948 to the late Edgar Clark and Celia Holloway Clark James. Kenny attended Spring City High School, where he was a member of the football squad. He served his country by being in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Kenny worked for 31 years for TVA, mostly at Watts Bar, as a Unit Operator; before retiring. He grew up attending the Wolf Creek Baptist Church. Kenny enjoyed fishing, but his favorite hobby was playing golf, which he pursued as much as possible! But, his most favorite time of all, was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
Kenny was also preceded in death by his brothers Joe Clark and Larry Clark and his sisters Joyce Loveday and Linda Case.
Survivors include his children Keven (Mandy) Clark, Jamie Clark and Amanda (Stevie) Sharp all of Spring City, the mother of his children Doris Douglas of Dayton, his brothers Harley Clark of Crossville and Boyd Clark of Chattanooga, his sisters Wanda (Dickey) Porter of Chattanooga and Joan (Leon) Swafford of Grandview, his grandchildren Taylor (Kiersten) Clark, Michelle Clark, Caleb Clark, Kelsey Clark, Ali Smith and Hunter Clark, his great grandchildren Bryson, Landon, Zayne, Julian, Brently, Luke, Monroe, Braxton and Morgan and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Kenny will be Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with his brother in law Dickey Porter officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in the Spring City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 12, 2026 from 12 until 2:00pm at Vaughn Funeral Home.
