Funeral services for Kenny Lane Lewis, Sr., age 59, of Crossville, will be Thursday, May 23, at 4 p.m. at Crossville Freewill Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Hale’s Chapel Cemtery. Family will receive friends Thursday, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the church. Survivors include parents, Hulan and Lena Lewis; widow, Sandy Lewis; children and their spouses, Kenny Jr. and Heather Lewis; Zachary Lewis, Kayla and Josh Harper, and Justin and Gabby Rockwell. Crossville Memorial Funeral Home  is in charge of the arrangements.
