Kimberly Yvonne Jones Banther, age 58, of Decatur, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024.

She worked at Storm Power for 23 years. She loved Alabama Football (Roll Tide Baby!). She loved fishing, being at the lake, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children: Brandy Skyles, Brandon Thomas, Tricia Goines, Wynonna Banther; grandchildren: Elizabeth, Eliza, Elijah, and Brody Goines, Brayson McConkey, Avion and Gage Gelfenstein, Kaleb and Kayla Cronnon; great grandchildren: Vera and Alan Gelfenstein; other extended family.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2024 in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services. If anyone would like to share a story, the family would love to hear it.
