Launa Ruth Milligan, 70

Ruth passed into glory Monday, March 31st at 7:10pm.
She is now free of her Alzheimer’s ravaged mind and body and is worshiping and praising her Lord and Savior Jesus.
Katie and her family had just visited her Saturday along with Zack and I. Zack and I visited her again Sunday. Zack was still here Monday and we sat with her most of the day until she was no longer responsive in any way.
I will write more about Ruth’s incredible life of service in the next few days, but want to briefly let you all know about the services that are planned, so those of you who want to attend a service can make plans.
Saturday April 5th at 12:00 noon there will be a gathering for Ruth’s burial at Rhea Memorial Gardens; 2850 Rhea County Hwy (Hwy 27) on the east side of Hwy 27 just south of the Walmart at the south end of Dayton TN.
Saturday April 12th at 3:00pm there will be a Celebration of Life service at Calvary Chapel Aiken; 1411 East Pine Log Rd, Aiken, SC 29801. This service will be recorded and streamed. Website: https://ccaiken.org/
Saturday May 10th at 11:00am There will be a Celebration of Life service at Grace Bible Church; 2809 Old Washington Hwy, Dayton, TN 37321. All my children and their families plan to be at this service.
In Lue of Flowers
2017-2019 Ruth was supervising Joe and Emily Armfield in their work in Cameroon. When she heard that both of their mothers had passed away, she volunteered to become their “Mom”. She was even with Emily at the birth of their 2nd son.
So in leu of flowers, we request that people donate to the Wycliffe ministry of The Armfields: ministry account #242646. Or at this website:
