Lavona Sutton, 81 of Crossville Tennessee passed away on April 4, 2025. She was born to Zina and Florence Huffines on April 24, 1943. Lavona was a remarkable woman who brought joy and love to everyone around her. A devoted mother to two beloved children. She embraced life with a passion for country dancing that lit up any gathering. Her laughter and energy on the dance floor were infectious, creating cherished memories for all who joined her.

Known for her incredible cooking and baking, she was famous for her delicious banana pudding and rich fudge, which became staples at family gatherings and celebrations. Her nurturing spirit ensured that anyone who entered her home was greeted with warmth and a plate of food, making them feel loved and cared for.

As the youngest of eight siblings, she understood the value of family and connection. Her generous heart and loving nature left a lasting impact on everyone she met. Though she may no longer be with us, her legacy of love, laughter, and delicious treats will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.

Funeral services will be help Tuesday April 8, 2025 at 12 PM with a visitation held a hour before the service. A burial is to follow in Hayley’s Grove.
