Leo Hayes III, 32
Leo Hayes III, born on October 5, 1992, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away suddenly on April 28, 2025, in Corbin, Kentucky, at the age of 32.
Leo spent much of his life in Crossville, Tennessee, and also lived for several years in Manchester, Kentucky. Known to many as the life of the party, he had a presence that could brighten any room and a heart always ready to help others. In his later years, Leo embraced his faith and found peace in a relationship with his Lord and Savior.
He will be lovingly remembered by his five children: Joclyn Hayes, Leo Hayes IV, Jaylynn Hayes, King Leo Hayes, and Amina Hayes.
Leo was preceded in death by his aunt Kathy Tilley, and is survived by his mother, Clenda Hayes; grandmother, Joyce Tilley; brothers, Cleo Hayes (Ashley Greco) and Kyle Booth; sisters, Joyce Dohs (Kevin Dohs), Vickie Williams, and Jackie Hager; aunt, Cheryl Tilley; cousin, Rich Munch (Misty Munch); and nieces Chae Marie Wilson (Dustin Armstrong), Carolyn Williams, and Cleopatra Williams. His memory will be cherished by a large extended family and all who knew him.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to the cost of Leo’s cremation. His ashes will be transported to his mother in North Carolina. A celebration of life in Crossville will be announced at a later date by Chae Wilson and Kyle Booth.
Leo’s vibrant spirit remains alive in the hearts of those he touched and those he loved. May his soul find eternal peace in the presence of the Lord.
