Lewis Ralph Samuels “Lew”, age 67, of Crossville, passed away September 17, 2019. Lew served for 42 years as a Lieutenant Police Officer from August 1973 to April 2014 for Union Pacific Railroad in Chicago, IL. He enjoyed fishing, boating, camping, and photography. Lew was a member of the Simple Life Church, as well as the Fairfield Glade Sportsman Club.

He is survived by his wife: Marian Samuels; daughter: Meg Samuels; son: Rob Samuels; stepchildren: Teresa Delis (Michael), Frank Polyak, and Steven Polyak (Jessica); and 7 grandchildren.

A celebration of life for Lew will be held Sunday, September 22, 2019 at the Crossville Train Depot from 1 to 3 p.m. central.
