Lila Gail “Gan-Gan” Taylor of Oak Ridge, passed away suddenly on November 5, 2024, at the age of 72. She was a nurse for many years at several hospitals and doctors offices. She was a graduate of Rockwood High School (class of 1970), and the Crossville Technological School where she received her nursing certification. After she retired, Gail thoroughly enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Gail was also a member of the Glen Alice Christian Church in Rockwood. She is preceded in death by her son: Terry Taylor Jr; parents: Glen and Ella Hickey; sisters: Vnona Hickey Jones, Mary Helen Hickey; brothers: Jerry Hickey and Frederick Doyle “Buddy” Hickey. She is survived by:

Daughter: Robin Taylor Hutson (Charles)

Granddaughters: Elena Hutson, Amber Sexton (Corey)

Grandsons: Steven Hutson, Chance Hutson

Great Grandchildren: Lily Sexton, Rosie Sexton

Sisters: Joyce Hickey Robbins & Glenna Milstead

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 10, 2024, from 1:00-3:00 pm ET at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral service will follow with Bro. Bud Strader officiating.
