LILA FAY HOUSTON KECK age 76 of Crossville, TN passed away February 8, 2026. She was born April 11, 1949 in Crossville, TN the daughter of Wilburn and Helen Bryant Houston. She was one of seven children. She was retired after 27 years with Walmart where she made many friends throughout her working years. She was also a member of Bible Baptist Church. She was a mom to many all her life. She took great pride and time doing so. She was considered a great and famous cook. She had lots of other hobbies such as her flowers, working puzzles and her latest and favorite was playing bingo. She had a great collection of “pretties”, as she called them. She loved yard sales, thrifting and fleas markets as well. She loved vacationing, her birds and family and friends.

She is survived by her daughters- Lisa Keck Redwine and her husband Keith, Jessica Wilson and her husband James and son- James Keck all of Crossville, TN, brother- Jim Houston of Cookeville, TN and sisters- Jeanette Moore of Crossville, TN and Kathy Crosslin and her husband Dave of Dearborn, MI, grandchildren- Michael Hall Jr. and Isaiah Keck, great grandchildren- Giovanni Keck, Bionca Keck, Balo Keck, Phoenix Keck and Lennox Keck and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jessy Keck, brothers- Roscoe Houston and Sammy Houston.

Funeral services will be held Friday February 13, 2025 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11am-1pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Baker’s Chapel Cemetery.
