Linda Joyce Gallaher Hawkins age 76 of Harriman, Tennessee, passed away
Friday, January 2, 2026. Linda was a member of Marks Chapel FBH Church and a member of the Pendergrass Gospel Singers. She loved to cook, play softball and spend time with her family.
Preceded in death by her husband, Roderick Hawkins; parents, Ernest and Katie Abbie Vanlee Ooten Gallaher; sons, Charles William Gallaher and Eric Lee (daughter in law Jenny Moore) Moore; Step-daughter Sonia Phillips (grandson Tashanti Underwood); she was the last sibling of 20+ beloved siblings.

Survived by her daughters, Lenora Herndon (Jeffrey), Belinda Burns (Jagade “Gator”) and Porticha Gunn; grandchildren, Sharissa Gunn, Xavier Maddox, EJ Moore, Debbie Collins, LeMarqus Wester (Gina Stager), Shahannah Gunn, Jagade “Deuce” Burns, Jayden Gallaher, Jaliyah “Sissy” Burns, Mattea Moore, Shumaikee Phillips and Tahaija Phillips; many beloved great grandchildren; sisters-in-love, Phyllis Moore and Carylon Dunn (Bill Dunn); niece, Kathy Myers; The Pendergrass Singers (special nieces, but they were more like her sisters) and many nieces, nephews and family and friends.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
