A convicted Loudon County sex offender classified as violent found himself back behind bars. Officers took 47-year-old Richard Allen Kidd of Philadelphia, Tennessee into custody for violation of the sex offender registry. Kidd was processed at the Loudon County jail and released on a $10,000 bond. Kidd was ordered onto the sex offender registry after his 1994 conviction for rape.
