LOUDON DEPUTIES TO ASSIST IN DONATING BLANKETS TO CHILDREN

From the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office:
Last week, the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office received a special delivery of handmade blankets from Project Linus of East Tennessee. These cozy, heartfelt blankets will be carried in patrol cars and shared with children we encounter during difficult calls, offering them a little extra warmth and comfort when they need it most.
Project Linus is a wonderful non-profit organization made up of volunteer “blanketeers” who create and donate handmade blankets to children facing illness, trauma, or other hardships. Since 1995, millions of these comforting blankets have made their way to kids across the country.
A huge thank you to Project Linus of East Tennessee for your kindness and generosity, your work makes a difference in our community!
