Bradley County authorities charged an elderly man with first-degree murder. Police state 57-year-old Ricky Rogers was shot to death by 81-year-old Earl Maney as he tried to break up a fight between Maney and the people renting property owned by Maney at 1407 Jones Avenue. Police have not said what the caused fight. Maney was taken to the Bradley County jail where he was booked on the murder charge
