Ms. Margie Lois Riddle Smith, age 92 of Oakdale, TN, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at Roane Medical Center. She was born on February 19, 1934 in Rockwood, TN. She was a seamstress at Roane Hosier Mill for 28 years before she retired. Margie married the love of her life, Mr. Henry Clay “Bud” Smith and loved being with her family every chance she was able to. She was a long time member of Pine Orchard Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her mother: Lola Hazel Hedrick Riddle & U. Freeman Riddle; her loving husband: Bud Smith; sister: Hattie Bell Kreis; and brother: Dub Riddle. She is survived by:

She will be missed dearly by her family, friends, and everyone she had the pleasure to cross paths with.
