Marion ‘Buddy” C. Hurley, 81 of Rockwood and formerly of Spring City, died on Sunday, April 17, 2022, at his home.

Born in Columbus, Georgia on August 29, 1940, Buddy owned and operated National Siding Company for many years until his retirement.  He was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and enjoyed sports, especially Georgia.  Buddy was of the Protestant faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents Hobart E. and Viola Clark Hurley, his wife Zona Gale Hurley, and his grandson Tyler Floyd Hurley.

Survivors include his children Randy (Jeri) Hurley of Rockwood and Cathy (Chet) Burgess of Knoxville and grandchildren Riley Burgess, Coly Burgess, and Kristopher Hurley, and his dearest “Dawg” friend, Dr. Ronnie Higgs  

There will be no visitation or services.
