Funeral Services for Mary “Linda” Ford, age 77, of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Rev. Gerald Phillips will officiate with interment to follow in the Sand Springs Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Ford was born on Saturday, April 2, 1949, in Duffield, Virginia, to the late Will and Gracie Lane Fritz. Ms. Ford passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Standing Stone Care and Rehabilitation Center. Ms. Ford was a homemaker, a loving mother, and grandmother. She loved her children and enjoyed reading. She was a member of Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Sherry and Randy Swallows of Monterey, TN, Sandra and Billy Phillips of Crossville, TN, Ted Ford Jr. of Crossville, TN, Joseph and Brandie Ford of Jamestown, TN, Gary Ford and Elza Birgalina of White House, TN; grandchildren, Amber Selby, Gene Phillips, Ashley Campbell, Lee Ford, Jacob Ford, Amanda Ford, Lindsey Huddleston, Brandon Ford, Cami Ford, Elyssa Ford, and Layne Ford; numerous great grandchildren; sisters, Louise Bledsoe and Betty (Darrell) Lane; and brothers, Fred Fritz and Billy Fritz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Ted M. Ford Sr.; sons, Dannie Eugene Ford and Donnie Ray Ford; sisters, Georgia Smith, Mabel Sturgill, Pauline Bumbalough, Pansie Fritz, and Hazel Fritz; and brothers, William, Robert, Nelson, and Leonard Fritz.
