Mary Swartzel, age 91, of Crossville, TN, passed away on August 13, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Swartzel was born on January 20, 1931, in Washington Township, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert Lee Hobbs and Bernice M. (Webb) Hobbs.

Mary worked as a supervisor in the Outdoor Sport industry.

She is survived by her daughter, Carol A Cahill (Pete); son, Bob Martin (Linell); 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Swartzel.

A Memorial Service will be held in November or December of this year at the Faith Presbyterian Church in Dayton, Ohio.  More details will be posted at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK  73123 to benefit breast cancer needs.
