Lottery players will have a shot Friday night at the second largest jackpot in U.S. history after no tickets matched all the numbers in the latest Mega Millions drawing.

No jackpot winner in last night’s Mega Millions drawing. Now the prize rises to the fifth-largest in U.S. history at $750 million dollars.

The Mega Millions numbers drawn yesterday were: 12-14-26-28-33 and the Mega Ball of 09.

The big prize for Powerball, the other national lottery game, is $550 million for tonight’s drawing (Wednesday, January 13, 2021).

Nearly all jackpot winners actually take the cash option, which would be an estimated $550.6 million for Friday’s Mega Millions drawing and $411.4 million for Powerball.

The odds of winning Powerball are 1 in 292.2 million and for Mega Millions, it is 1 in 302.5 million.
