MEGAN BOSWELL TO BE ARRAIGNED ON CHARGES RELATED TO DEATH OF HER INFANT DAUGHTER

A Sullivan County, Tennessee woman recently indicted on several charges related to the death of her infant daughter is set to be arraigned in court this morning (August 28, 2020). Court officials say Megan Boswell will appear to the judge via video from inside the jail. A grand jury indicted Boswell August 19, 2020 on two counts of felony murder and 17 other counts, including abuse of a corpse and aggravated child neglect. The remains of Evelyn Boswell, 15-months-old, were found on a family member’s property near Blountville March 6, 2020. Boswell’s bond remains at $1 million.
